Sales Development Executive

Job Summary
Build trusted partnerships with CPA firms and payroll service bureaus; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; present and sell payroll processing software and managed services; develop consultative product knowledge; occasionally attend trade shows/seminars or conferences; close sales and achieve monthly quotas; remote role targeting US-based clients; leverage networking, referrals, and cold calling to develop new accounts; communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within a Payroll/HCM software sales role
- Experience with selling payroll products or services (preferred, not essential)
- Ability to explain complex and technical issues clearly to a non-technical audience
- Experience developing new account prospects and clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and account development over the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Receptive to feedback and constructive criticism
