Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls regarding HVAC needs, book residential and commercial service appointments, and follow up on missed calls or web form submissions. Make outbound calls to leads to maintain a full service book and coordinate with dispatchers and field technicians to ensure efficient customer support. Organize appointment calendars in ServiceTitan to keep customer and job information accurate. Work Monday through Friday with flexible hours, earning between $14.00 and $20.00 per hour plus incentives. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, sales development, call center, or another customer-facing role
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Flexibility to work an after-hours and weekend shift rotation
- Punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance/attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
