Job Summary
Conduct warehouse operations and inventory management while assisting customers to build lasting relationships. Develop product knowledge across plumbing, waterworks, and industrial supplies, then prepare quotes and support the sales process. Shadow experienced sales professionals and branch leaders to learn how to solve customer challenges and grow business. This Sales & Management Trainee program provides hands-on training and mentorship for motivated individuals ready to progress into sales and leadership roles within Winston Water Cooler's growing distribution network.
Required Qualifications
