Job Summary
Sales Development Associate role focused on learning the fundamentals of sales and generating qualified leads to support Park Place Technologies’ sales teams. Responsibilities include leveraging cold calling, emails, calendar invites, and social media to generate qualified leads, scheduling discovery calls, participating in daily training on technology and sales skills, and developing targeted prospecting lists and outbound messaging. The position emphasizes training on sales engagement tools and CRM, cross-functional collaboration to support customers, and achieving defined performance metrics, with the potential to advance to Business Development Representative and Account Manager roles. Travel is expected at ~10%, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role is described as a 3- to 4-month developmental path with relocation possibly being considered for interested candidates, and a hybrid remote work setup is indicated.
