Job Summary
Sales Development Associate I with MRI Software. You will partner 1:1 with an Account Executive to own a defined set of accounts in Asia, conducting targeted outbound prospecting across calls, email, and social channels. Responsibilities include researching target organisations, mapping stakeholders, and initiating multi-thread outreach; qualifying prospects using a structured framework; preparing handoff briefs for qualified meetings; maintaining CRM data and calendar logistics; and driving discovery meetings to progress opportunities. Build market understanding of commercial real estate and property technology in Asia, capture insights in CRM, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Leadership to align with GTM priorities. The role emphasizes commercial curiosity, effective communication, and a growth mindset with opportunities for development into more senior SDR or AE roles. Requirements emphasize professional English communication, experience with CRM and sales tools, attention to detail, coachability, accountability, and ambition. The role offers hybrid working (2 days WFH) and benefits, with location in Manila, Philippines.
