Job Summary
Sales Development Associate responsible for pre-sale support and building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans and quotas. Responsibilities include assisting in lead generation through multiple channels, qualifying and scheduling demos, maintaining lead data, analyzing lead trends, preparing monthly/quarterly reports, researching potential leads and target markets, supporting lead-generation strategies, calling and nurturing leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. The role involves monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies, and assessing a prospect’s current process and requirements. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s from a reputable institution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-1 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing
- Ability to work in US timings
