Job Summary
Build relationships with schools, education facilities, and key stakeholders while conducting site visits and customer meetings throughout the North Brisbane territory. Prospect new customers via networking, referrals, cold calling, and face-to-face engagement to support Sales & Project Consultants in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Assist customers with product solutions and furniture enquiries, coordinate quotations and project documentation, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. This hybrid role offers a clear pathway into a Sales & Project Consultant position with hands-on mentoring, competitive salary plus commission, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer engagement or business development
- Confidence approaching new customers and building relationships
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working towards sales or performance targets
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience
- A current driver's licence
- Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check
