Job Summary

The Sales Development Associate will undergo training to learn Park Place Technologies’ portfolio, sales strategies, and how to articulate value propositions. Responsibilities include cold calling and emailing prospects, inviting to online meetings, and using social media to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales teams. Training covers sales engagement tools, CRM, internal resources, and other tools for identifying and engaging potential customers. You will learn to build targeted prospecting lists, craft outbound messaging, identify influencers and key decision makers, and uncover opportunities for new and additional business. Daily sessions cover technology, sales skills, and mock prospecting engagements to deepen understanding of the business and qualified selling opportunities. You will learn how different parts of the organization collaborate to support customers, develop strong organizational skills, manage daily activities, and achieve defined performance metrics. Opportunities for growth include a clear path from SDA to BD Rep or Account Manager, with potential relocation considerations. Required Qualifications

  • 6 months related experience (customer service, sales, business development, marketing, lead generation and/or prospecting)
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Prior sales or cold calling experience, preferred
  • Stable work history with a history of accomplishment and extra-curricular activities
  • Unparalleled work ethic and resiliency (ability to handle adversity/rejection) to drive revenue goals and your compensation
  • Japanese fluency (spoken and written), business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
