Job Summary
Automotive Sales Desk Manager oversees the activities of the sales staff to ensure attainment of sales targets and customer service levels. Responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff; manages daily activity and training; ensures staff engages with customers and resolves concerns. Requires 2-3 years of automotive sales management experience, strong CSI history, effective communication and customer engagement skills, valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 Previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED
- Import experience PREFERRED
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
