Job Summary
As a Closets by Design designer, you will service customers in your surrounding area from a home-based setup while handling preset appointments and guiding clients through design and sales processes. You’ll receive in-depth design and sales training, work to meet sales goals, and operate in a full-commission/bonus environment with strong managerial support. The role emphasizes people skills, creativity in design, problem-solving, trust in the process, flexible scheduling, and the ability to manage a remote/home-based workflow while delivering in-home consultations and tailored closet solutions to customers across CT and NY.
