Sales Designer

As a Sales Designer for Closets by Design, you will build rapport with residential customers, educate them on our home organizing products and services, walk through clients’ spaces to assess opportunities, and guide the design and sale of organizational solutions. You will start with provided leads and marketing materials, follow our sales training, and use your communication skills to help customers plan and implement closet, home office, and related systems. The role includes a hybrid remote schedule with pre-set appointments close to your home, paid 16-week sales training and ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increases. You’ll operate with an open-door policy and need reliable access to a vehicle, driver’s license, and auto insurance. No degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required.
