Job Summary
Sales Design Consultant responsible for retail sales of Tuff Shed products and services to residential, commercial, and governmental customers. Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product and option features, close the sale, and perform site checks; cultivate new sales leads from company-sponsored advertising and marketing; act as the customer7;s point of contact from sale to installation; assist with permits and liaise with local HOAs; develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage. Compensation is hourly base plus commission with potential annual earnings between $50,000-$60,000; includes paid training, benefits (PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, ESOP, 401(k)), and pay-related options. Location is Lindenhurst, NY (Long Island Factory & Sales Center); remote work is not indicated. Must have a valid drivers license and complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.
