Sales Design Consultant

Sales Design Consultant responsible for the retail sale of Tuff Shed products to residential, commercial, and governmental customers in Rochester, NY. You will assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product/features, close the sale, and perform site checks; act as the customer's point of contact from sale to installation; assist with permits and liaise with HOAs; develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage; drive lead generation through company advertising and marketing. A paid training period is provided, with an hourly base plus commission, opportunities to earn between $50,000-$60,000 annually, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, ESOP, a Safe Harbor 401(k), and a bonus program. A current valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report are required. The role is an in-person, Rochester, NY-based opportunity within a retail sales context, with an emphasis on customer relationships, design sensibility, and sales execution across residential, commercial, and governmental customer types.
