Sales Design Consultant

Sell and design storage solutions for Tuff Shed products to residential, commercial, and governmental customers. Duties include assisting customers in identifying needs, demonstrating product features, closing sales, performing site checks, pulling permits (as required), liaising with HOAs, developing product knowledge, and guiding customers from sale to installation. Build relationships with customers and commercial accounts; cultivate leads from company advertising and marketing. Role includes paid training, hourly base pay plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits package (PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, ESOP, 401(k)). Must have a valid driver’s license; short Predictive Index survey administered during application.
