Job Summary
Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product features, close sales, and perform site checks for residential and commercial accounts. Cultivate new sales leads driven by company-sponsored advertising and marketing. Act as the customer's point of contact from the sale through installation, assisting with permit pulling and HOA liaison as required. Develop deep product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage while building strong relationships with clients. This role offers a paid training period and a commission program with an hourly base, with first-year earnings up to $65,000 and potential second-year earnings exceeding $100,000 for successful consultants.
Required Qualifications
- A current valid driver's license
- A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to assist customers in identifying needs
- Must be able to demonstrate product and option features
- Must be able to close the sale
- Must be able to perform site checks
- Must be able to cultivate new sales leads
- Must be able to act as the customer's point of contact from the sale to installation
- Must be able to assist customers by pulling permits
- Must be able to liaise with local HOAs
- Must be able to develop product knowledge
