Job Summary
Meet pre-qualified leads provided by Closet Factory, visit clients in their homes to assess needs, and design custom organizational solutions using CAD tools or design software. Present your design vision and pricing with clarity, build trust, close the sale, and manage customer relationships. Enhance your customer base via networking and social media. This 100% commission-based role requires no cold calling, with a flexible schedule allowing you to set your own operating hours around a consistent 35-40-week expectation. You will work from home with occasional in-office meetings, supported by a paid training program.
Required Qualifications
- Lives in or near the Huntersville/Concord/Cornelius area
- Has access to a vehicle for client site visits
- Is proficient with computer skills (able to learn CAD)
- Is self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
- Evenings or weekends may be required
