Job Summary
Conduct in-home consultations using company-provided appointments to assess client spaces and recommend design solutions for closets, garages, and home offices. Present products and guide clients through the design and decision process while following established sales processes and pricing guidelines. Complete and submit accurate order documentation and partner with Sales Leadership to move projects forward. Maintain communication on active and pending opportunities within the Northeast Florida service area. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and comfort working in a client-facing environment. Flexible full-time schedule with some Saturdays available; work from home options exist.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, in-home environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently
- Coachable and able to follow a structured sales process
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Minimum monthly availability requirements, including some Saturdays
