Job Summary
Sell and design custom closet and storage solutions by conducting in-home consultations and showroom visits, using CAD/design software to create proposals, presenting proposals, handling objections, and closing sales with integrity. Manage projects end-to-end with accurate measurements, documentation, and timely follow-up, coordinating with the install team for a seamless client experience. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales with quotas, are polished and professional, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable with design tools. Hybrid design work from home with a flexible schedule; in-home appointments across Greater Nashville and a Smyrna showroom presence.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in sales with a record of meeting quotas and closing
- Polished, punctual, personable, and professional with excellent communication
- Strong attention to detail; organized and self-motivated
- Quick to learn tech; comfortable with laptops/tablets and design tools
- Understanding spatial planning, finishes, lighting, and interior styles
- Reliable, clean, professional transportation and a valid driver’s license
