Job Summary
Lead in-home and showroom consultations to discover client needs, measure spaces, and guide finish selections for custom storage solutions. Design storage systems using CAD/Design software (training provided); present proposals, handle objections, and close sales with integrity. Manage projects end-to-end including accurate measurements, documentation, and timely follow-up, and partner with the install team to ensure a seamless client experience. Requires 1+ year in sales with a track record of meeting quotas and closing; strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; comfortable with technology and design tools. Flexible schedule with hybrid design work from home; in-home appointments across Greater Nashville and showroom work from Smyrna. Compensation includes base/training, plus commission (typical $60,000–$90,000+, with top performers up to $120,000+), and bonuses; drivers license and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in sales with a record of meeting quotas and closing
