Sales Design Consultant

Conduct pre-set appointments with residential clients to understand their organizational needs, walk through homes to assess opportunities, and educate customers on custom closet and home office solutions. Build rapport with clients using strong communication skills to help them organize their living spaces. Complete a 12-week paid sales training program with ongoing mentorship from a Sales Manager, utilizing provided marketing materials for all leads. No cold calling is required; work is centered on service and problem-solving with an open-door policy. This role offers a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with increased pay and bonuses.
