Job Summary
Conduct pre-set appointments with residential clients to understand their organizational needs and walk through homes to assess opportunities. Educate customers on closet systems, home office furniture, and media solutions while building rapport and utilizing communication skills to help them organize their spaces. Complete the 12-week paid sales training and mentorship program to develop into a Senior Sales Designer with increased pay and bonuses. Work close to home with reliable vehicle access, avoiding cold calling in favor of direct client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training
