Lead in-home design consultations for window fashions and convert pre-set appointments into sales by showcasing benefits of shades, drapes, blinds, and shutters. Leverage pre-qualified leads and a mentorship-focused culture to achieve strong income through commissions and bonuses. Role requires building rapport with homeowners, coordinating with project teams, and delivering quotes/write orders while managing timelines; requires design affinity, reliability, and tech proficiency (Salesforce, email). Training provided to become the expert, with evenings and Saturdays as needed. Strong earnings potential with no cold calling and ongoing career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience selling high-end or high-ticket items
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and proper insurance
- Ability to undergo a criminal and credit background check
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use email, Salesforce, and other apps
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in meeting KPIs
