Job Summary
In-home design consultations for window treatments (shades, drapes, blinds, shutters) with pre-set appointments; convert consultations into sales and coordinate with a project team to complete installations. Role requires building rapport, showcasing product benefits, writing quotes, processing orders, and serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, installers, and support teams. Training provided for design expertise; some evenings and Saturdays required; robust earnings via commissions and bonuses (first-year ~$110k–$130k, potential >$160k for top performers).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience selling high-end or high-ticket items
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proper insurance
- Tech-savvy with ability to use email and Salesforce
- Ability to undergo a criminal and credit background check
- Proven success in meeting KPIs
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
