Job Summary
Sales Design Consultant conducts in-home design consultations for window coverings (shades, drapes, blinds, shutters) in the Bay Area, converting appointments into sales and collaborating with a project coordinator for seamless completion. The role involves pre-set appointments (no cold calling), evening and Saturday work, and requires 2+ years of experience selling high-end items. Training is provided; candidates should be organized, personable, and tech-savvy (Salesforce/CRM). Compensation includes base pay with commissions and bonuses; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401K with company match, plus a monthly vehicle stipend. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience selling high-end or high-ticket items
