Job Summary
Lead and coach a 5–6 person roofing sales team in field-based customer visits, driving revenue, hitting performance goals, and improving sales processes. Directly observe appointments, provide real-time coaching, conduct ride-alongs, monitor metrics like conversion and product mix, and report progress to leadership. Develop team members, hire as needed, and collaborate with leadership to optimize coaching methods and process improvements. Requires prior sales leadership or hands-on sales experience, ability to participate in occasional evening/weekend meetings, and a valid NV driver’s license. Field-focused role with on-site coaching, ladder/roof access, and a strong emphasis on coaching effectiveness and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NV driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing a sales team
- Experience with short sales cycles and high-volume selling
- Willingness to join sales calls on evenings or weekends
- Ability to climb ladders and roof conduct on-site customer visits
- Ability to work in the field with the team on customer appointments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Track record of achieving sales performance goals
- Experience in field observations and coaching via ride-alongs
