Job Summary
Sales Department Lead responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, building rapport, and promoting sales at the point of sale while supporting overall department performance. Role emphasizes expert product knowledge, upselling to increase units per transaction and average dollar sales, onboarding and training of new team members, collaboration with other departments, inventory needs communication, and adherence to policies to protect company assets. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year of ski/snowboard rental or related retail experience
