Job Summary
Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems and maintain functionality for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, and reporting. Maintain and optimize sales systems by driving continuous improvement of existing software and automating new processes. Address specific technical problems for users in cooperation with IT service providers. This role requires relevant experience in IT and sales, facilitation skills, and problem-solving abilities. The position is temporary (fixed term) with no relocation support available. Mondelēz International serves 19 markets across Southeast Asia, operating brands like Oreo, Cadbury, and Tiger biscuits.
