Sales Data Management Specialist

Job Summary
Sales Data Management Specialist will validate and approve sales orders and related data in SFDC, ensure KPI/SLA compliance for order-to-revenue processes, advise on policy and best practices for deal structuring, ordering, and revenue recognition, and provide high-quality support across Sales, Legal, and Finance. The role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy for internal reporting, sales commissions, and external dashboards, while supporting monthly reconciliations between SFDC and Zuora and enabling global policy/practice alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
- 3-4 years in Operations/Order Management/Finance/Administration/Customer Service
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Zuora, CPQ systems, Excel experience preferred
- Strong client service orientation and communication skills
- Autonomous work style and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to synthesize multiple data sources and policies to make informed decisions
