Job Summary
Greet guests at drive-thru and dine-in locations, process transactions accurately, and assemble treat orders for delivery. Maintain a clean, sanitary work area by stocking products, operating equipment safely, and performing end-of-day cleaning tasks including trash removal and sanitizing. Communicate clearly with customers regarding product details and coordinate with co-workers to ensure consistent service quality. Assist with food production, manage inventory rotation, and report significant issues to management promptly while adhering to all health and safety standards.
