Job Summary
Greet guests at the entrance or drive-thru, initiate and complete customer transactions, and process payments while maintaining an accurate cash drawer. Assemble and deliver treat orders quickly, operate registers and chill equipment safely, and answer product questions. Prepare food following health standards, stock items, and manage product rotation. Keep the entire work area clean, sanitize counters and restrooms, and perform end-of-day breakdowns. Communicate significant issues to management and coordinate with co-workers to ensure consistent service and cleanliness.
