Job Summary
Καθήκοντα: daily issuance of documents for customers, ensuring accuracy/complete data on documents, manage customer orders in the pricing system, communicate with customers about pricing, collaborate with other departments to identify improvement opportunities, maintain billing files and databases, support in creating reports and data analysis of sales and invoicing, support the sales team and manage customer accounts and invoices, provide product-related information and services including pricing policy, delivery options and payment methods. Απαιτούμενες ικανότητες: πτυχίο στους οικονομικούς/χρηματοοικονομικούς/λογιστικά αντικείμενα, ενισχυμένη γνώση MS Office, γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά/ προφορικά), παρατηρητικότητα και ευελιξία, γνώση Ελληνικών Λογιστικών Προτύπων (ΚΒΣ) και τήρηση βιβλίων.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in economics/finance/accounting or related field
- MS Office proficiency
- English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and flexibility
- Knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards (EL/KBS) and bookkeeping practices
