Sales & Customer Success Representative

Conduct in-store and remote sales by helping customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics while building relationships through direct interaction and phone support. Manage customer accounts, process payment collections, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Execute deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup, including assembling furniture, loading/unloading goods, and maintaining showroom displays.
