Sales & Customer Success Representative

Conduct in-store and remote customer service, sales, and account management for furniture, appliances, and electronics. Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and build relationships through direct interaction and community outreach. Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup, including loading/unloading goods, assembling furniture, and preparing displays for the showroom. Maintain attractive showroom environments and support daily store operations to meet team goals. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy items, and comfort working both inside and outside the store.
