Job Summary
Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics while building relationships in-store, by phone, and in the community. Manage customer accounts and payment collections, then assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup. Assemble furniture, prepare items for the showroom, maintain displays, and load/unload merchandise to support daily store operations. Resolve customer issues and find solutions while working both inside the store and out in the field. This hands-on role offers a clear path to store management within a family-owned company that promotes from within.
Required Qualifications
