Sales & Customer Success Representative

Hands-on sales and customer success role combining in-store and field responsibilities: help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics; build relationships in-store, by phone, and in the community; manage customer accounts and payments; assist with deliveries, pickups, and showroom setup; assemble furniture and maintain displays; resolve issues and support store operations and team goals. Opportunities for advancement into store management. Requires ability to lift/move items, drive, and work both indoors and out in the field.
