Job Summary
Sales & Customer Service Representative for Glass Canada: Manage showroom-based sales and customer service, generate and follow up on sales leads, provide in-person product consultations, prepare accurate quotes, and coordinate with Technical Manager, Installation Technicians, and Warehouse to ensure successful project delivery from initial quotes to completion. Role emphasizes building customer relationships, product expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end project coordination in a mid-level, full-time capacity in London, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or retail sales required
- Experience in the glass or glazing industry, building materials, or the home improvement industry preferred
- Experience with Railings / Glass Railings and Custom Showers considered a strong asset
- Results-driven and action-oriented, with a strong “get it done” attitude and a proven ability to follow through on priorities, solve problems, and deliver outcomes
- Solutions-focused and adaptable, with a positive approach to change and a commitment to supporting successful outcomes
- Proven ability to build customer rapport, demonstrate product expertise, and manage project details effectively
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
