Job Summary
The Sales Customer Service Rep I will handle essential duties such as completing applications and paperwork for Property & Casualty (P&C) business, binding coverage according to insurance regulations, scheduling appointments, providing customer follow-ups, delivering quotations, and managing routine correspondence. The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to interpret insurance documents. Occasional travel for training and meetings will be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Georgia Property and Casualty insurance license
- Valid Georgia driver’s license
