Job Summary
Sales Customer Service Representative responsible for professional development through training, completing applications and paperwork for Property & Casualty (P&C) business, binding P&C coverage, scheduling appointments, providing insurance quotations, and conducting marketing activities. Additional duties include handling customer follow-ups, accepting premium payments, and performing routine correspondence. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with diverse individuals are essential for success in this office-based role.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Georgia Property and Casualty insurance license
- Valid Georgia driver’s license
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to relate to and work with various people in a professional manner
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, coverages, regulations, instructions, manuals, and other documents as required
