Job Summary
Join SwagTex as a Sales & Customer Service Associate at our Berlin Mart retail location, where you will assist customers with printing and embroidery orders, provide excellent customer service, and support retail operations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced production and retail environment
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Team player with a positive attitude
