Job Summary
Sales & Customer Service-focused Sales Associate at Ace Hardware who will assist in receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining merchandise presentation and store cleanliness. Responsibilities include proactively helping customers, greeting and communicating with shoppers, possessing strong product knowledge, operating within store operations such as back stock maintenance, signage updates, and cooperation with Department Specialists; participation in store meetings; and performing duties to ensure a positive, professional environment. Must be able to stand/walk, lift up to 25lbs, and be professional in appearance and actions. Education: High School or GED equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred.
