Job Summary
Proactively engage with customers in the showroom, identify sales opportunities, and understand their needs. Present vehicles confidently, conduct engaging test drives, and deliver persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations. Follow up leads, manage your pipeline effectively, and consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Ensure each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard. This fast-paced, target-driven role requires a confident, results-focused salesperson with excellent communication skills to build rapport and close deals.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points)
- A confident, results-focused salesperson
