Job Summary
Own Dynamics 365 CRM platform for the Distribution team, oversee data governance and reporting (Power BI) to enable leadership with timely visibility of performance; drive CRM adoption through structured training and coaching; implement platform improvements across Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 to boost integration and commercial impact; collaborate with Sales Performance and Adviser Services teams to support strategic planning and tactical campaigns with data-driven insights; ensure campaigns are configured and tracked in CRM with clear performance reporting; liaise with sales leaders and stakeholders across Platforms and Investments to align CRM strategy with business objectives; role requires proven experience in CRM management, data governance, reporting design, and stakeholder engagement within wealth management or financial services; hybrid working arrangement in Sydney, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a sales performance, CRM management, or sales operations role
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including system configuration, customisation, and data model/Dataverse fundamentals
- Experience owning CRM data governance, including data quality standards, hygiene practices, and field-level conventions
- Strong Power BI capability, with experience building and maintaining sales performance dashboards
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders through data and insights
- Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and commercial forecasting using CRM data as a primary input
