Job Summary
Sales Coverage Support Analyst at Deutsche Bank supports Relationship Managers and Account Managers in servicing client relationships. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day banking requirements (NEFT/RTGS), foreign currency transactions, and trade transactions (export/import processing); assisting with processing banking documents (account opening forms, transaction requests) and conducting KYC reviews, tracking and submitting forms accurately, and addressing client inquiries about balances, transactions, and statements. Will coordinate with internal teams to ensure processing of wealth management transactions. Beneficial knowledge includes handling investment transactions (mutual funds, PMS, structures). Requires 5+ years in the investment/banking industry, preferably in wealth management or private banking. Strong English communication, basic banking knowledge, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and experience in front-office/client interaction.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in the investment/banking industry, preferably in wealth management or priority/private banking.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of banking
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Experience in front office/client interaction
- Knowledge of banking transactions (NEFT/RTGS) and foreign currency transactions; trade transactions experience beneficial
