Job Summary
Support Senior Relationship Managers in identifying new business opportunities within the Nordic coverage; act as a coordination and administrative contact ensuring smooth collaboration between Relationship Managers and stakeholders; maintain regular client interaction and handle day-to-day operational queries; manage client onboarding and KYC processes; prepare client meetings (materials, presentations, minutes) and perform periodic client reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements; monitor client accounts and contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and overall client experience.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience within financial services or a related field
- Fluency in English
