Job Summary
Sales Counselor to drive residency sales at Parkway Place. Communicate the value of health, social and community benefits to prospective residents; use CRM to manage the selling process and achieve SPI goals; maintain professional communications with residents and influencers; manage the sales cycle from first inquiry to deposit and move-in; collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing and legal team to ensure accurate information; possess a Bachelor's degree in communications/marketing and 3+ years of related experience; proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel, including pivot tables; flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends/holidays; physical ability to move objects as needed; Buckner Retirement Services emphasizes service excellence and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or other related fields of study
- Minimum three-year related experience
- Proficient-level experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to create professional documents using Microsoft Office software
- Ability to create complex Excel spreadsheets using formulas and pivot tables
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to move objects (up to 50 pounds occasionally, etc.)
