Job Summary
Sales Counselor at Buckner Retirement Services – Senior Living community (Parkway Place, Houston, TX). Responsible for guiding prospective residents through the sales and marketing process, communicating the value of health, social, and community benefits, and achieving sales goals using CRM. Manages the sales cycle from first inquiry to deposit and move-in, maintains professional communications with residents, family members, and influencers, and collaborates with the Director of Sales and Marketing and legal team to ensure accurate information in residency contracts. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to generate and analyze spreadsheets, and flexibility to work some evenings/weekends/holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or related fields
- Minimum three-year related experience
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient ability to create professional documents using Microsoft Office software
- Proficient ability to create complex Excel spreadsheets using formulas and pivot tables
- Flexible schedule to be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently and 10 pounds continuously
