Job Summary
Sells pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery services, and inventory while assisting families with selections and attending services. Generates leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. Requires a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for offsite appointments with clients and community events. Works some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems with strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales
- 1 year of sales experience
- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system)
