Job Summary
Conduct pre-need and at-need funeral sales, cemetery services, and inventory transactions while assisting families with selections and attending services. Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. Manage client interactions, offsite appointments, and community events using a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Maintain CRM records, ensure high discretion with sensitive information, and work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales
- 1 year of sales experience
- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system)
