Job Summary
Sales Counselor responsible for selling pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery merchandise; assists families with funeral selections and attends services; leads generated through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting; requires high school diploma (or equivalent), ~1 year sales experience, valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM; includes on-site duties in Greensboro, NC with applicable travel for appointments and events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with CRM (lead management system preferred)
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends
