Job Summary
Sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery inventory, and assists families with funeral selections; leads are generated through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. Requires strong communication, organization, and discretion; training pay of $18.00/hour for 6 weeks accompanies uncapped commissions and earnings range ($50,000-$65,000 first year). Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with a CRM are preferred; must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for offsite client meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with CRM (lead management system preferred)
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail and problem solving
